21 DAYS/ THE ADAMIC DIET

How the 21 Days Work

Keeping things simple was important to me. Preparing a completely different breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day for 21 days would turn eating clean into a full-time job!

Instead, the plan is divided into seven meal sets, with each set enjoyed for three days.

– Days 1–3: Meal Prep 1

– Days 4–6: Meal Prep 2

– Days 7–9: Meal Prep 3

– Days 10–12: Meal Prep 4

– Days 13–15: Meal Prep 5

– Days 16–18: Meal Prep 6

– Days 19–21: Meal Prep 7

This makes it easier to shop, prepare ahead and stay consistent without having to cook something completely new every day.
